Englewood Park

Englewood Park

is a beautiful shady woodland park in the Englewood neighborhood in Northeast Salem, a wonderful community represented by the Northeast Neighbors. The legendary landscape architects Lord & Schryver had a hand creating drawings for the park which has trees predating the pioneers. The park is home to Great horned owls, many species of birds, the endangered Oregon white oak and a native pollinator garden. There is a splash pool and two playgrounds.

Englewood Park is about one mile west of I-5 exit 256 at Market St. The park is adjacent to Englewood Elementary, located between D St. and Market Streets NE.

Street parking is available in the neighborhood. Additional parking is available at the Evergreen Church, 1110 17th St. NE and at the Salem First Church of the Nazarene’s parking lot east of 16th St NE.

Limited ADA parking for visitors with ADA placards is adjacent to the park behind Englewood School. Enter on Nebraska St. NE and 20th St. NE. Wheelchair uses can contact us to reserve a spot at englewoodforestfestival@gmail.com.
