Englewood Park

Englewood Park

is a beautiful shady woodland park in the Englewood Neighborhood in Northeast Salem, a wonderful community represented by the Northeast Neighbors. The legendary landscape architects Lord & Schryver had a hand creating drawings for the park which has trees predating the pioneers. The park is home to Cooper’s hawks and the endangered Oregon white oak. There is a splash pool and two playgrounds.

Englewood Park is about one mile west of I-5 exit 256 at Market St. The park is adjacent to Englewood Elementary, located between D St. and Market Streets NE.

Street parking is available as well as a parking lot at Englewood Methodist Church on the corner of 17th and Nebraska, 2 blocks from the park.

ADA parking for visitors with ADA placards is adjacent to the park behind Englewood School. Enter on Nebraska St. NE and 20th St. NE.

Additional parking is located in the east parking lot of Salem First Church of the Nazarene at 16th between Market St. NE and Nebraska St. NE.
